Refractor Telescope

A refracting telescope, also known as a refractor, is a type of telescope that uses a lens as its objective to form an image of distant objects.

The most common type of refractor is the long, narrow telescope with a convex lens at the front (objective lens) and an eyepiece at the back for viewing the magnified image.

Refracting telescopes are well-suited for astronomical observations due to their sharp and clear images, but their size and weight can make them difficult to handle and transport.
